73dpi was started in Cape Town in 2004. By understanding our clients’ needs and linking key services we have grown from strength to strength.
We work on the premise that our clients have a personal attachment to their business and so deserve personal attention. This means we spend time with our clients, understanding their needs and wants, working out what is required and guiding them through the process. It’s important for us that our clients fully understand things and so we always try to be as non-technical as possible. Doing this means our clients always have a good idea of what to expect.
A key element of our interaction with the client is to involve them heavily in the initial design stage of any project. We know we are fantastic designers but we also know how subjective design can be. It is because of this that we think that it’s important that we make the client part of the process.

Although we are really good at what we do creatively, we do understand that one person’s creative genius is another person’s rubbish. So we involve our clients heavily in the design process making sure we understand what they like and translating that into excellent design.

We often build web functions to spec. This means all the functions on your site get along and seldom conflict with each other. Whether it’s an off-the-shelf or a bespoke website platform we can make sure that site functionality works the way you need it to.
Optimise
All our sites are built with best practice site optimisation. We are then able to advise and further optimise your site for search engines on an on-going basis if required.
Promote & Market
Make sure your product or service’s voice is heard. We advise on the latest techniques and then implement a digital marketing and promotion strategy, using tools like email campaigns and social media promotions.
