73dpi was started in Cape Town in 2004 and through understanding our clients needs as well as linking key services we have grown from strength to strength.

We work on the premis that our clients have a personal attachment to their business and so deserve personal attention. This means we spend time with our clients understanding their needs and wants, working out what is required and guiding them through the process. Its important for us that our clients fully understand things and so we always try to be as non technical as possible and in so doing our clients have a a good idea of what to expect.

A key element of our interaction with the client is to involve them heavily in the initial design stage of any project. We know we are fantatstic designers but not everyone shares that view and we all know how subjective design can be. It is because of this that we think that it’s important that we make the client part of the process.

Although we are really good at what we do creatively, we do understand that one person’s creative genius is another person’s rubbish. So we involve our clients heavily in the design process making sure we understand what they like, while at the same time translating that into excellent design.

Develop

We often build web functions to spec, this means that all your functions on your site get along and seldom conflict with each other. whether its an off the shelf or a bespoke website platform we can make sure that site functionality works the way you need it to.

Optimise

All of our sites are built with good practise site optimisation. We are then able to advise and further optimise your site for search engines on an on going basis if required.

Promote & Market

Make sure you product or service’s voice is heard. We advise on the latest techniques available and can develop then implement a digital marketing and promotion strategy, usin tools like email campaigns and social media promotions.
